The Meditation Space is a boutique health and wellness space on a mission to bring mindfulness and meditation to everyday lives in a practical and realistic manner.

Life can be busy, life can be stressful. Our bodies and minds are desperate for a break. Pausing is essential and we don’t give ourselves enough time to do it on a daily basis. We offer a range of classes and workshops encouraging you to press the much needed PAUSE button through the practice of mindfulness, meditation and yoga. Classes are run by trained professionals, and governed by clinical psychologist Lynn Jenkins. Research shows that meditation and mindfulness are hugely beneficial to well being if practiced regularly. Are you ready to press the pause button?
