Once you start… you’ve already done the hardest part… it sounds cliche and post card (blugh) but its true… there is no harder part than taking the first step…
The Meditation Space kicked off 2018 with its first class of the year “mindfulness” on Tuesday 6th Feb.
This class is a place for people to come, learn about mindfulness, share their experiences with implementing mindfulness into their everyday lives & do a “practice” of mindfulness in a group setting.
Sometimes the last thing you want to do is come out at 6pm on a Tuesday night, but this is such a fantastic way to set the tone & the intention for your week.
So, thanks to all the lovely people who joined us for our first class to kick off the year, what a great way to start the year! 🙂
