Based on traditional chinese medicine, Zen Ki Yoga is a dynamic Japanese practice that will open and balance your body working with the seasons and meridians to bring about harmony. Based on shiatsu, TCM, macrobiotics, the 5-element theory, the principles of yin & yang, meridians and the seasons, your back will be strengthened, your tummy toned and your mind balanced. Completed by a gentle massage or relaxing yoga nidra meditation, your time at Ki Yoga will be the best way to nurture yourself all week. Led by our experienced and delightful Romi Cristaudo.
