DROP-IN MINDFULNESS PRACTICE
A supportive, nurturing and wholesome class allowing you to learn and practice the restful art of mindfulness meditation with a group of like-minded people. This class includes the basics of mindfulness practice, mindfulness exercises and some group discussion. Our drop-in mindfulness is led by our calm and knowledgable Lynn Jenkins.
