LYNN JENKINS |MINDFULNESS INSTRUCTOR AND OWNER
Lynn is an experienced and practicing clinical psychologist, author and mum of three. She is a trained Mindfulness teacher and Kids and Family Yoga teacher. For adults, she teaches a beginner’s mindfulness class, a ‘drop in’ mindfulness meditation class and runs corporate mindfulness programs. For children she teaches kid’s yoga and mindfulness classes. She is passionate about intervening early in little lives and loves her work with children. She believes mindfulness is truly a ‘golden tool’ when it comes to managing stress and anxiety ( and other emotions!).
ROMI CRISTAUDO |KI YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Fifteen years ago Romi undertook two years of training in Ki Yoga. She was drawn to this style of yoga as it offered a holistic system of healing and movement. Ki Yoga is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Zen Shiatsu principles to balance and strengthen the body. Each class offers something different as you work with the seasons and meridians to bring about harmony. Ki Yoga is a dynamic practice that has a focus on the core and lower back whilst moving energy throughout the whole body. Romi is currently undertaking more study to further her knowledge and bring more depth to her classes.
MEREDITH LONG | KIDS YOGA INSTRUCTOR (On Maternity Leave)
Meredith is a provisional psychologist with over ten years experience working with children. Meredith has a passion for promoting both physical and mental health and wellbeing for children. Meredith has trained as a Kids Yoga teacher as a way of promoting positive physical and mental health practices to children in a fun and accessible space.
